وزير الفلاحة يؤكد إعفاء مستوردي الأبقار من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة
كشف وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والمياه والغابات والتنمية القروية، محمد صديقي، عن قرار الحكومة بإلغاء الضريبة على القيمة المضافة والرسوم الجمركية المفروضة على استيراد الأبقار. جاء هذا الإعلان بعد الانتقادات التي واجهت فرض هذه الضريبة في بداية العام الحالي من قبل الفاعلين في قطاع اللحوم والمستوردين.
وفي تصريح حصري لجريدة “Casa36” الإلكترونية أثناء حضوره في فعالية برلمانية بمجلس النواب، أكد صديقي أن القرار يشمل إلغاء فرض الضريبة على القيمة المضافة لاستيراد الأبقار. وأشار إلى أن إلغاء الرسوم الجمركية المتعلقة بذلك يتطلب إصدار مرسوم سيُقدم في المجلس الحكومي يوم الخميس، .ليتم المصادقة عليه
ونفى الوزير فرض أي ضريبة على القيمة المضافة لاستيراد الأغنام، مما يعني إلغاء الدعم الموجه لاستيرادها الذي كان قد تم تحديده بقيمة 500 درهم للرأس.
تأتي هذه القرارات بعد فترة من الارتباك في عملية استيراد الأبقار المخصصة للذبح، حيث طُالب المستوردون بدفع ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة 20%، والرسوم الجمركية بنسبة 2.5%. وكانت الأصوات في صناعة اللحوم قد حذرت من عدم استقرار أسعار اللحوم في المستقبل إذا استمرت هذه الضريبة، خاصة مع اقتراب شهر رمضان الذي يشهد زيادة في استهلاك اللحوم الحمراء.
وأشار بعض المهنيين إلى ارتفاع أسعار اللحوم بأكثر من 6 دراهم للكيلوغرام في المجازر الكبرى، مثل الدار البيضاء. وتوقعوا أن تتجاوز أسعار لحوم الأبقار 100 درهم خلال عمليات البيع بالتقسيط إذا استمر الوضع كما هو، قبل أن يتم تنفيذ القرار الحكومي في الأيام القليلة المقبلة.
