وكانت الأبحاث والتحريات التي تمت بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني قد أظهرت تورط الموقوفين في استغلال السواحل القريبة من مدينة الناظور، في تهريب شحنات كبيرة من المخدرات وتنظيم عمليات للتهجير السري للأشخاص باستعمال قوارب مطاطية عالية السرعة يتم استقدامها من إسبانيا، مقابل تحصيل مبالغ مالية مهمة، وذلك قبل أن تمكن عمليات أمنية متزامنة من توقيفهم تباعا بكل من مدن الناظور وبني انصار وجرسيف وفاس.
كما أظهرت الأبحاث المنجزة اشتغال المشتبه فيهم الموقوفين في إطار شبكة إجرامية منظمة، تنشط في تنظيم عمليات تهريب المخدرات والهجرة غير الشرعية وفق نمط إجرامي يقتضي تقسيم الأدوار فيما بينهم، بين المكلفين بالوساطة في جلب المرشحين وإيوائهم، وبين المختصين في نقلهم وتأمين عملية تهجيرهم نحو السواحل الأوروبية، وهي العمليات التي كان يتم تنظيم بعضها لفائدة شبكات إجرامية أخرى لها امتدادات عابرة للحدود.
وقد أسفرت عمليات التفتيش المنجزة في إطار هذه القضية عن حجز 129 كيلوغرام من مخدر الشيرا و600 غرام من الكوكايين، وشحنات من المؤثرات العقلية، وتسع سيارات تحمل لوحات ترقيم مشكوك في قانونيتها، ومجموعة من صفائح الترقيم المزورة، فضلا عن حجز قارب مطاطي مزوّد بمحرك بحري، ومبالغ مالية يشتبه في كونها من عائدات هذه الأنشطة الإجرامية.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالأشخاص الموقوفين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث الذي تم بإشراف من النيابة العامة المختصة، قصد تحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لكل واحد منهم، ورصد الارتباطات المحتملة لهذه الأنشطة الإجرامية محليا ودوليا، وذلك قبل أن يتم تقديمهم أمام العدالة يوم أمس السبت.
وبالموازاة ذلك، لازالت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية بصدد القيام بتحريات معمقة بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، وتحت إشراف النيابة العامة، وذلك بغرض توقيف جميع المتورطين الضالعين في نشاط هذه الشبكة الإجرامية.
