وتعمل المخابرات الخارجية المغربية، المعروفة باسم المديرية العامة للدراسات والمستندات واختصارا ب”DGED”، بالتعاون مع شركائها الأمنيين خارج الوطن، لتعزيز الأمن الإقليمي والدولي، من خلال تبادل المعلومات مع كبريات المؤسسات الأمنية والاستخباراتية الدولية، وهو ما جعلها تحتل مكانة عالمية مرموقة كان آخر تجلياتها، إعتراف رئيس رومانيا الذي أصدر مرسوما رئاسيا بتاريخ 6 نونبر 2023، نُشر في الجريدة الرسمية الرومانية بتاريخ 9 نونبر 2023، قرر فيه توشيح المنصوري بالوسام الوطني “نجمة رومانيا”.
وكانت رومانيا منتصف العام الجاري، قد قدمت شكرها للمملكة المغربية على مساهمتها في إطلاق صراح مواطن روماني كان محتجزا في دولة بوركينا فاسو لمدة 8 سنوات، حيث شكر رئيس الحكومة الرومانية، كلاوس يوهانيس، السلطات المغربية على المساعدة الكبيرة التي قدمتها من أجل الإفراج عن ضابط أمني روماني، اختطفه تنظيم القاعدة، منذ 2015 في بوركينا فاسو.
ووفق ما نقله موقع “أوروبريفز”، فقد جاء هذا التوشيح الدولي اعترافا بالعلاقات المتميزة بين البلدين في المجالات الاستخباراتية وتحقيق الأمن المشترك بين البلدين، فضلا عن الاعتراف بالدور المحوري الذي تلعبه أجهزة المخابرات المغربية في تحقيق الاستقرار الإقليمي والدولي، ومساهماتها في مكافحة التهديدات التي تمس بالأمن والسلم الدوليين.
وكانت وزيرة الخارجية الرومانية لومينيتا أودوبيسكو، قد أشادت في تصريح لها في الـ 11 غشت 2023، بالتعاون الثنائي بين المغرب ورومانيا، والدور الأساسي للأجهزة المغربية في عملية تحرير المواطن الروماني.
